In the photo, I see a man, in uniform, kissing a woman. The background of this photo is that it was after war and they were happy. Their happiness was so intense they began to kiss strangers in the street. I feel like it is a bit weird. I think if the lady is okay with being kissed and not bothered then its a mutual kiss, but if she felt uncomfortable then it could be assault.
